How OrgID Data Is Handled

Freja provides the verified identity of the user, while OrgID operates as a separate, role-based identity set by your organisation that never exposes personal data.

You set which identity attributes are used, and you are the one who issues and revokes OrgID to your employees – the entire lifecycle is under you control.

Integrate with Freja

When you integrate with us, you can start defining the attributes and design of your OrgID.

Onboard Employees to Freja

They first need to register to Freja with a valid ID. You choose the LOA required for them to have your OrgID.

Provision OrgID

OrgID will be provisioned automatically to your employees via Freja as soon as you add them to your system.

Revoke OrgID

If a person leaves your company, or if you remove them from your system, OrgID is automatically revoked from their Freja account.
