FLEXIBLE USERNAMES
FLEXIBILITY AND OPENNESS WITH MULTIPLE USERNAMES
The user can link up to three e-mail addresses and three mobile phone numbers to his or her Freja eID account. All of these can serve as a Freja eID username. The user must initially verify this information by email or SMS.
The user selects which e-mail address and which mobile number to be the primary ones. The primary e-mail address is the Freja eID team’s first contact point with the user.
Security alerts and updates are sent to the user’s all registered e-mail addresses and mobile numbers.
In Extended and Plus, a Swedish personal identity number can also serve as a username.
